Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KeeHee ("the App," "Service," or "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KeeHee Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

3. User Conduct and Community Standards

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Community Guidelines. You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post or transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Solicit personal information from minors
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

User Content: You retain ownership of content you create and share on the Platform. By posting content, you grant KeeHee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Platform Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KeeHee Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Premium Features

The Service offers premium features including exclusive content access, virtual gifts, and subscription tiers. By purchasing or accessing these features:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
• Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value outside the Platform
• We may modify pricing, features, or availability at any time
• Access to premium features may be suspended for Terms violations

6. Payment Processing and Virtual Currency

All payment processing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. By making purchases:

• You agree to Paddle's Terms of Service
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider
• Virtual currency ("KeeHee Coins") is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Virtual currency has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency except through the Creator Program

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEEHEE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or loss of access
• Personal injury or property damage
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Conduct of other users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and KeeHee Inc. individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@keehee.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You remain liable for all obligations incurred before termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
